About the Role

Stellar Process Solutions is looking for a results-driven and experienced Sales & Market Development Manager to join our Oil & Gas Division. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about industrial growth, project development, and long-term client engagement in Oman’s oil, gas, and petrochemical sectors.

Key Responsibilities

·      Drive business development initiatives in the oil, gas, and industrial sectors

·      Promote a comprehensive range of solutions including project engineering and equipment supply

·      Identify new opportunities, build strong B2B relationships, and convert leads into long-term clients

·      Collaborate with technical and project teams to develop tailored proposals and technical offerings

·      Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy

·      Support the preparation of tenders, quotations, and sales contracts

Required Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Process Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (required)

·      Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or market development in the oil & gas industry

·      Strong understanding of Oman’s energy and industrial landscape

·      Proven track record in business development and achieving revenue targets

·      Experience working with or representing international principals, OEMs, or technology providers

·      Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

·      Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
