Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.

Lead market research efforts to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

Plan and manage campaigns across social media platforms and handle conferences.

Oversee branding, promotional activities, and content creation.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and ROI.

Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing with business goals.

Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost efficiency.

Build partnerships and media relationships to enhance brand visibility.

Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
