Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive/Manager to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to strategic marketing initiatives that align with our company's vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities in industrial roofing and pre-engineered building projects.
• Prepare and present technical & commercial proposals for clients and consultants.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams for project feasibility and costing.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Conduct site visits, assess project requirements, and suggest suitable PEB and roofing solutions.
• Handle tendering, quotation preparation, and follow-up for order finalization.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

TECHNICAL & PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

• Sales Skills: Lead generation, client presentations, negotiation, CRM handling
• Technical Skills: PEB structure knowledge, roofing systems, estimation, BOQ preparation
• Software Tools: AutoCAD (basic), MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, CRM Software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce)
• Other Skills: Market analysis, customer relationship management, tender documentation

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Education:BTech Mechanical /Diploma in Mechanical .
• Experience: Minimum 5-10 years in marketing roles, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite, Peb knowledge put advantage.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Multicolor® Steels (India) Pvt. Ltd.
