Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant

Role Overview

This role provides administrative and coordination support to LSI’s Sales and Marketing teams. The position focuses on data management, customer support, and maintaining product and marketing information, helping ensure the team operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Sales Support

  • Enter and maintain sales data, customer records, and reports
  • Assist with preparation of quotes and order documentation
  • Respond to basic customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Support internal tracking of sales activity and reporting

Customer & Vendor Coordination

  • Assist customers with general product and order questions
  • Coordinate with vendors to gather product information and updates
  • Maintain organized records of supplier data and communications

Marketing & Content Support

  • Update and maintain product information across internal systems and website
  • Assist with social media updates and basic marketing tasks
  • Prepare and format product images and documentation for web use
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of product data and materials

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
