Sales & Marketing Coordinator

<Job Summary>
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to drive our brand presence and sales initiatives across multiple channels. In this dynamic role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance visibility, engage target audiences, and generate leads. Your expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and sales support will be instrumental in fostering growth and strengthening our market position. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, utilize innovative marketing tools, and make a tangible impact on our business success.

<Responsibilities>

  • Work with OEM's for cross promotional pieces and Dealer engagement (Unilock, Tech Bloc, Permacon,)
  • Industry Association Memberships: Articles for Newsletters, Presentations, Technical Training Opportunities.
  • Trade Show Coordination - (12 Shows plus regional events)
  • Price List Management. Updates to Dealers and Annual Release.
  • Coordinate Customer Visits to Probst Inc.
  • Handle incoming internet sales requests and funnel to appropriate Sales Representative.
  • Develop Cut Sheets and update as needed for Top 100.
  • Social Media Posts.
  • Video Demonstration Content.
  • Service Bulletins and Training Videos.
  • Coordinate with Customer Marketing Department for advertisements and bulletins for their stores and newsletters.
  • Quarterly Newsletter for Dealers.
  • Promotional Programs and Specials.
  • Giveaways.
  • Product Registrations.
  • Fill in for Office Manager/Phones and Customer Service when needed.
  • Product Catalog updates and printing.
  • Industry Publication Advertising - Hardscapes Magazine, etc.
  • Coordinate Open House and Training Events with Customers and OEM's at Probst Inc. Training Center.
  • Coordinate Customer and Vendor Visits and Tours.

<Experience>

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or sales support roles within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, social media platforms, and multichannel marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML basics, and Google Analytics for campaign management and reporting.
  • Experience with advertising sales processes including proposal development and client relationship management.
  • Ability to analyze data using analytics tools to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing techniques such as Google AdWords campaigns and Facebook Advertising is highly desirable.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
