Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to lead planning and execution of U.S. trade shows and key distributor events. This role owns event logistics, vendor coordination, booth execution, and post-show reporting. You will work closely with sales leadership to

ensure events generate qualified leads and support distributor growth.

This is a hybrid role. You may work remotely part of the week, but regular in-office presence in Rockaway, NJ is required for planning, product coordination, and shipment preparation. Travel is required throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan and coordinate company participation in trade shows and

industry events.

  • Build event budgets and track expenses.
  • Manage booth logistics, signage, demo tools, and marketing

materials.

  • Coordinate freight, shipping, storage, and on-site services.
  • Lead booth setup and breakdown.
  • Ensure brand consistency and professional presentation.

Vendor & Show Management

  • Work with show organizers and vendors.
  • Negotiate pricing and manage service agreements.
  • Monitor deadlines and prevent cost overruns.

On-Site Event Management

  • Manage booth staff schedules and expectations.
  • Ensure product demos run smoothly.
  • Oversee lead capture and proper data collection.
  • Solve issues quickly during live events.

Post-Event Reporting

  • Track leads and distributor meetings.
  • Work with sales to monitor pipeline impact.
  • Deliver clear post-event reports with recommendations.

Sales Support

  • Support distributor onboarding with marketing materials and

product assets.

  • Assist sales team with event-related promotions and launches.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of trade show, event marketing, or field marketing

experience.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing vendors and show logistics.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines at once.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required).
  • Ability to travel and work evenings or weekends during events.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Automotive aftermarket or tool industry experience preferred.
