Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving targets and ensuring smooth operations. The Sales Coordinator will assist in managing sales inquiries, coordinating sales activities, and providing administrative support to enhance the efficiency of our sales processes.

Responsibilities:

· Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

· Assist in preparing and processing sales orders, contracts, and quotations.

· Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring all necessary resources are available.

· Maintain accurate records of sales data, including customer information, orders, and correspondence.

· Collaborate with sales representatives to provide administrative support and facilitate communication with clients.

· Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review.

· Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

· Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.

· Bachelor's degree is preferred.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

· Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
