Job Summary:

As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and increasing overall sales. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Identify and pursue new sales leads, prospects, and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct product/service presentations and demos to potential customers.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Track sales performance and report on key metrics.

Marketing:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline).
• Assist in planning and organizing promotional events and trade shows.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and marketing strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Sales and marketing .
• Bachelor Degree.
