Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with domestic & international customers in English & Hindi.
• Explain machines, flavours, and formulations confidently.
• Convert inquiries into orders & close deals through strong follow-ups.
• Manage WhatsApp groups & social media to promote products.
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency in sales & marketing.
• Maintain data entry, sales records & customer databases.
• Work with managers to explore new sales strategies.

Requirements

• Female candidate, fluent in English & Hindi.
• Strong communication & persuasion skills.
• Quick learner with interest in machinery & formulations.
• Tech-savvy, eager to apply AI & digital tools.
• Punctual, disciplined, and result-driven.
