Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new markets, business opportunities, and potential corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, travel agents, and partners.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and tailor-made travel itineraries.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with hotels, airlines, and service providers.
  • Conduct regular client visits and presentations to promote products and services.
  • Manage digital marketing activities including social media, SEO, and email campaigns.
  • Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and roadshows to boost brand visibility.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide travel advice, and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Maintain an updated client database and sales pipeline.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell additional services such as insurance, car rentals, and tours.
  • Train and guide junior sales staff or interns when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Travel Tourism: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English , Hindi (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driving License (Preferred)
