About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to generate quality leads, build brand awareness, and support the sales team in achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and convert potential leads.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target audiences.
  • Generate high-quality leads through various channels including LinkedIn, cold outreach, and online campaigns.
  • Create engaging content for marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover and conversion of leads.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and campaign data.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, email marketing).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
