Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and enhance satisfaction. Develop and execute retention strategies to minimize churn. Provide tailored solutions to address customer concerns and foster loyalty. Manage inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth. Maintain accurate customer records and analyse retention trends.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retention-focused roles. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to build lasting customer relationships and problem-solve effectively. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
