Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our construction services, generate new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing project sales, expanding market presence, and supporting branding and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:-

Sales Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for construction projects (residential, commercial, or industrial).
• Generate leads through site visits, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
• Meet clients, understand their project requirements, and present suitable construction solutions.
• Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Coordinate with project, estimation, and technical teams for accurate proposals.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Promote company services through digital marketing, brochures, presentations, and exhibitions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
• Support branding activities and improve company visibility in the market.
• Manage client databases and CRM records.
• Assist in organizing promotional events, site visits, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with management to develop sales and marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project lifecycle is an advantage.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Valid driving license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
