Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years (At least 2 Years in Textiles & Garments Industry)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive for our Kolkata (Dalhousie) office. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience with minimum 2 years of exposure in the textiles and garments industry, along with overall 3 years of sales & marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities in the textiles and garments sector
• Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
• Handle B2B sales, distributor/dealer network development
• Maintain strong relationships with garment manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the textile market
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance analysis
• Coordinate with production and operations teams for smooth order execution
• Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events (if required)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
• At least 2 years of experience in the Textiles & Garments industry
• Good understanding of fabrics, garment production, and textile market trends
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure
• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Textile Management, or related field preferred
