We are a successful aesthetic beauty SPA based in Bali, Italy and Bahrain for the last 15 years, including winner of Asia's best Medical Spa and Bali's best spa.
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to lead revenue growth initiatives, expand market presence, and develop strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales, opening new markets, and driving both B2C and B2B business development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase overall sales revenue.
- Drive client acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Promote high-value services, packages, and membership programs.
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports to management.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities locally and regionally.
- Open new sales channels and explore untapped customer segments.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to support expansion strategy.
- Establish and manage corporate partnerships and B2B agreements.
- Develop collaborations with hotels, real estate developers, fitness centers, medical clinics, and other strategic partners.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with corporate clients.
- Expand corporate wellness programs and membership sales.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline).
- Manage social media, promotional events, and local activations.
- Coordinate digital marketing initiatives (ads, promotions, email marketing).
- Develop loyalty programs and membership growth strategies.
- Strengthen brand positioning in the wellness market.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active customers.
- Handle corporate accounts and VIP clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (wellness, hospitality, fitness, or luxury services preferred).
- Proven track record of increasing sales and expanding markets.
- Experience in B2B sales and corporate partnership development.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work with targets and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and results-oriented.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (additional languages are an advantage).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in membership-based business models.
- Established corporate network.
- Background in luxury or premium service sectors.
- Strong presentation and networking skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: BHD 300 per month
- Housing Allowance: BHD 100 per month
- Food Allowance: BHD 50 per month
- Transportation Allowance: BHD 50 per month

- Commissions: Performance-based commissions linked to sales targets and business development objectives (details to be discussed during the interview process).The compensation package is designed to reward proactive performance, revenue growth, and successful market expansion initiatives.
