Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to achieve sales targets within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through market research, cold calling, and networking.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations.
• Prepare and submit proposals and quotations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain customer database and follow-ups.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• MBA (Marketing) will be preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
