Sales & Marketing Executive

Nayab Group of Companies is a premier provider of professional Pest Control Services, serving high-compliance sectors including Food, Pharmaceuticals, Packaging, Hospitality (Hotels/Restaurants), and Healthcare.

We are looking for Energetic, Confident, and Target-Oriented professionals to join our Sales & Marketing team in Lahore, Islamabad, and Karachi.

Core Responsibilities:

• Identify and penetrate B2B markets within the Food, Pharma, and Hospitality industries.
• Develop and maintain strong Public Relations (PR) with key stakeholders, Quality Managers, and procurement heads.
• Drive revenue growth by securing service contracts and meeting monthly sales targets.
• Conduct site surveys and present tailored pest management solutions to corporate clients.

What We Are Looking For:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Agri-Entomology, Zoology, Food Technology, Botany.
• Experience: Proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably within the pest control or facility management industry or any services business sector.
• Skillset: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Mindset: A "can-do" attitude with a focus on closing deals and building long-term partnerships.
• Mobility: Must be comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
