We are expanding our client base and are now seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to help us drive business development and strategic growth across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and build relationships with facility management companies, consultants, and project managers.
• Identify new project opportunities in general contracting and maintenance.
• Prepare and submit quotations and proposals.
• Follow up on RFQs, tender submissions, and client communications.
• Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a CRM database of leads, prospects, and project statuses.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Coordinate with the estimation and execution team for smooth project handovers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in contracting or construction industries in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of market trends in UAE contracting and FM sectors.
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
