Sales & Marketing Executive I

GETP Intercare Technical Services and Maintenance is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with proven experience in the Construction sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the company’s client base, strengthening business relationships, and promoting our services to potential clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and clients
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs and project requirements are met
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry-related events
• Manage time differences and work effectively across different cultures with suppliers and senior management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Sales & Marketing experience in the Construction industry
• Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of the local construction market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Arabic speaker is an advantage
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage
