Job Description:

Albab Developers is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our development projects, generating new leads, and building strong relationships with clients and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and generate new sales opportunities.
• Promote and market the company’s real estate development projects.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the management team for sales strategies and marketing plans.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in sales or marketing in Dubai (real estate or property development preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Male or Female candidates can apply.
