JOB SUMMARY:
We are hiring for an emerging and rapidly growing private property developer based in Dubai and Karachi, is seeking ambitious and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to join our Dubai-based team for the launch of a landmark property development project in Karachi.

This role requires individuals with strong sales acumen, marketing knowledge, and customer service excellence to engage overseas investors, manage leads, and ensure seamless client experiences. Successful candidates will drive property sales, execute digital and offline marketing campaigns, and provide end-to-end client support — from first inquiry to post-sales service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive property sales by engaging with local and overseas investors, buyers, and channel partners.
  • Contribute to achieving team and individual sales targets within set timelines.
  • Manage inbound and outbound leads, ensuring timely follow-ups, client meetings, and conversion into sales.
  • Support project marketing initiatives including digital campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing client queries, sharing project details, and assisting with documentation.
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems, tracking leads, conversions, and pipeline performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials (brochures, presentations, online content).
  • Assist in executing digital campaigns across social media, email, and advertising platforms to maximize visibility.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by managing expectations and offering transparent, timely communication.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Qualification: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in UAE based real estate sales, marketing, and customer support.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume leads and convert prospects into buyers.
  • Experience in handling overseas investors or cross-border property sales.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and MS Office tools.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising, online lead generation, and customer engagement tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (Urdu/Hindi preferred).
  • Negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • High adaptability to fast-paced sales environments.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and target-driven personality.
  • High adaptability to work across different geographies (Dubai & Karachi).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
