Sales & Marketing Head

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Head to lead our sales and marketing teams. The role involves developing strategies to drive revenue growth, build brand presence, and expand market share. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting targets, designing marketing campaigns, and ensuring alignment between sales and marketing functions to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth.
• Lead, motivate, and manage sales & marketing teams to ensure performance targets are met.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to expand reach.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns, digital strategies, and brand promotions.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with product development and operations to align offerings with market demands.
• Monitor ROI of marketing campaigns and optimize spending.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, digital marketing, and brand management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
