We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Head to lead our growth efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive revenue across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

  • Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize repeat business.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, negotiations, and deal closure.

Marketing

  • Create and implement marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, and offline) to drive brand awareness and demand generation.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  • Manage content creation for website, blogs, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and lead conversions.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Coordinate with product, operations, and senior management to align marketing and sales efforts.
  • Mentor and guide a small team or external agencies as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a sales and/or marketing role, with proven success in meeting revenue and growth targets.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
