Location: Orlando, FL – multiple territories
Type: Internship (Part-Time, Commission-Based)
Compensation:

  • $250 per deal closed that you booked as the appointment setter
  • OR 10% commission on monthly retainers exceeding $2,500

GET LOUD is a fast-growing content marketing and media production startup helping businesses, artists, and entrepreneurs build their digital presence. We create high-quality video content, manage social media, and drive engagement through creative strategy, production, and distribution — all supported by our upcoming tech platform.

About the Internship

We’re seeking ambitious students who want to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing. As a Walk-In Sales & Marketing Intern, you’ll go out into the community, introduce businesses to GET LOUD, and set appointments for our strategy team.

This is your chance to learn sales in a real-world setting, earn commissions, and work closely with a fast-scaling startup disrupting the marketing industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Walk into local businesses (goal: 30+ per day)
  • Confidently introduce GET LOUD’s services (script + training provided)
  • Set appointments via Calendly or assigned tools
  • Collect and organize owner/manager contact info for follow-up
  • Track daily performance and progress
  • Shadow closers and sit in on sales/strategy calls

Compensation

  • $250 per deal closed that came from your appointment

Who We’re Looking For

  • student (business, marketing, or communications majors preferred — open to all)
  • Strong communicator, persuasive but personable
  • Comfortable talking to business owners face-to-face
  • Organized, self-motivated, and reliable
  • Prior sales/marketing/customer-facing experience a plus (not required)
  • Must have a smartphone and reliable transportation
