Our client in the retail apparel industry is looking to hire a Sales and Marketing Manager for their company. The role will focus on building brand equity, driving customer engagement, and expanding retail performance while ensuring sales targets are achieved. The candidate must have strong expertise in

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Brand Development

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and market share.

Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and digital initiatives that resonate with target customers.

Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, fashion trends, and competitor activities.

Build strategic partnerships to enhance brand exposure and market reach.
Digital & Retail Marketing

Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media, e-commerce, and online customer engagement.

Optimize in-store marketing, visual merchandising, and customer experience to increase footfall and conversion.

Monitor marketing ROI and continuously refine campaigns for effectiveness.
Sales & Business Growth

Set and achieve sales targets across retail outlets and wholesale channels.

Monitor store performance and implement sales improvement strategies.

Develop new business opportunities and explore expansion into new markets.

Manage key client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership

Build, train, and lead the sales & marketing team.

Foster a culture of creativity, performance, and customer-centricity.

Align sales and marketing activities with company goals and long-term growth strategy.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

8–12 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role in retail/fashion/apparel/FMCG.

Proven track record in brand building, marketing campaigns, and achieving sales growth.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, retail marketing, and customer engagement strategies.

Arabic language skills (preferred but not mandatory).
