Position: Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: Pune , Shivane

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Experience in conducting market research and identifying business opportunities
• To manage and execute marketing strategies, developing sales plans.
• To build and maintain customer relationships, conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
• The roles require strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Tracking and recording achieving sales targets.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Technical Skills & Knowledge :

• Proven experience in Sales & Marketing of Industrial Products (Powder Coating Plant, Paint booths & Ovens, Shot Blasting Equipment & Systems, Conveyorized and Robotic Paint Finishing system)
• Strong Knowledge of the Sales & Marketing of Industrial products, project,
• Proficiency in MS office and CRM Software
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Should have good techno commercial skills
• Fluent in spoken & written local language and English is must.
• Command over more than two regional languages will be an added advantage.
• Masters / bachelors degree in marketing / business administration or related field
• Should have minimum 5 8 years of experience
• Proven experience in Sales & Marketing of Industrial Products (Powder Coating Plant, Paint booths & Ovens, Shot Blasting Equipment & Systems, Conveyorized and Robotic Paint Finishing system)
