Position: Sales & Marketing Manager
Department: Sales
Reporting To: General Manager / Owner/ Restaurant Manager
Location: Kashkan H Hotel Sheikh Zayed Road
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Business:
- Target corporate clients, travel agencies, event organizers, and local businesses for bookings.
- Focus on group dining, events, private parties, catering, and partnerships.
- Maintain Relationships:
- Manage relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Host client meetings, tastings, and restaurant tours.
- Sales Strategy:
- Plan and implement strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Create promotional campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Events & Promotions:
- Coordinate with restaurant teams to organize events (private dinners, seasonal festivals, corporate events).
- Reporting:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Market Research:
- Study competitors and market trends to spot opportunities.
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience:
- 3–4 years of experience in restaurant sales, catering sales, or hotel sales.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree ( Graduation )
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of sales tools.
- Good understanding of F&B operations is a plus.
- Personality:
- Goal-driven, social, energetic, polished appearance.
- Language:
- Fluent in English (other languages like Arabic, Hindi, or French can be a plus, depending on the location).
Salary Range (UAE Example):
- AED 5,000 to 7,000 basic salary + commission + benefits
- (Depends on the brand and experience level.)
