✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outdoor marketing and sales activities to meet potential leads and convert them into clients.
• Approach potential clients through scheduled appointments and unscheduled visits to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, partners, and community influencers.
• Explain Shaadi Organization’s services clearly and professionally to potential clients.
• Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align online and offline marketing efforts.
• Track leads, maintain follow-ups, and prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7-8 years of field sales and marketing experience (experience in service-based or matchmaking industries will be preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented personality.
• Willingness to travel locally for meetings and outdoor campaigns.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
