Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Representative to grow our transport business. The candidate will be responsible for generating new clients, building long-term partnerships, managing orders, and expanding our market presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

• Identify and approach potential clients (manufacturers, traders, warehouses, e-commerce sellers, etc.)
• Generate new transport orders and long-term contracts
• Develop strong relationships with companies requiring logistics services
• Visit industrial areas and business hubs for client acquisition

Sales & Client Management

• Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with clients
• Follow up on leads and convert them into regular business
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat orders
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth execution of shipments

Marketing & Brand Growth

• Develop strategies to expand company presence in the region
• Build tie-ups with factories, distributors, and logistics partners
• Represent the company in meetings and networking opportunities

Order & Operations Coordination

• Manage booking of orders and track deliveries
• Ensure timely communication between clients and operations team
• Handle client queries and resolve service issues quickly

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate (MBA/Marketing preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident personality with field-work mindset
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and reporting
• Ability to build professional relationships and close deals
• Self-motivated and target-driven

Experience

• 1–4 years experience in Sales / Marketing / Logistics preferred
• Freshers with strong sales skills and confidence may apply

Pay: ₹15,569.68 - ₹18,211.82 per month
