Sales & Marketing Manager

The responsibilities of a Marketing and Sales Manager include:

 Developing a marketing and sales plan to achieve company objectives.

 Increasing sales and attracting new customers.

 Retaining existing customers and improving their satisfaction.

 Managing the sales and marketing team, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance.

 Researching the market and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.

 Setting prices and promotional offers in coordination with management.

 Preparing the marketing budget and monitoring expenses.

 Monitoring advertising campaigns across social media and other channels.

 Preparing periodic reports on sales, profits, and target achievement.

 Building relationships with clients and partners and developing new business

Pay: RO500.000 - RO800.000 per month
