Job Description
- Support the country manager for business development of company brands in India
- Main: Health – Jordan (Oral Care)
- Future: Health – Moller’s (Cod Liver Oil supplement) and or other company brands
- Recruit, select and manage the appointed distributor(s) and marketing agencies
- Develop and implement aligned company strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Create and implement annual marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media (aligning with Central and Regional Marketing strategies)
- Collaborate with product development and management teams to align sales and marketing efforts with product offerings
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s market reach • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to evaluate performance and optimize strategies
- Develop and manage sales and marketing budget effectively (to manage accrued and allocated A&P budget and expenses with monthly report)
- Build and maintain strong relationships and collaboration with key clients, partners, stakeholders, and colleagues
- Track and provide monthly report on company brands: distribution, sales, stock and inventory, promotion, competitors, A&P detailed report, and any other issues/topics
- Support on import process (import feasibility, quarantine, custom clearance, etc) and product registration for company brands
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA – good to have
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial position, ideally in sales and marketing, brand management in personal care, food and confectionary and snacks and distribution-ship business
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Deep understanding of sale and marketing principles and best practices
- Ability to drive results and meet deadlines
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Words and Power Point
Remuneration:
INR 200K - INR 250K
