Designation: Sales & Marketing Manager

Market- Middle East & European market

Looking for 5+ years of experience in fats and oils industry, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and building strategic customer relationships across international markets.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular distributor meetings to address gaps, provide training, and monitor sales performance.
• Develop and manage first-tier and second-tier distributors, ensuring market coverage and stable supply.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, particularly with clients in the Middle East.
• Drive sales with key accounts to strengthen brand presence and market share.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and marketing campaigns; explore new business opportunities via market research.
• Respond swiftly to customer needs and resolve issues to maintain strong relationships.
• Representing the company at trade shows and industry events to enhance brand visibility
• Stay updated on market trends to identify suitable fats for manufacturers.
• Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Food Science, or related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in specialty fats, cocoa powder, or related food ingredient
