Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager – Used Car Showroom
Location: Ras Al Khor 2- Dubai- UAE

Job Purpose:
To oversee the sales and marketing operations of the used car showroom by developing strategies, managing sales teams, building strong customer relationships, and implementing effective marketing campaigns to maximize sales revenue and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Supervise daily sales operations including lead generation, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, preparing regular reports for management.
- Ensure all vehicles are properly priced, displayed, and marketed.
Marketing Management:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies (online and offline) to drive traffic and inquiries.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns including social media, website, SEO/SEM, and online listings.
- Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate with media, advertising agencies, and third-party platforms to increase showroom visibility.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly.
Operational & Administrative Duties:
- Oversee showroom presentation and ensure professional customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and after-sales service issues.
- Train, coach, and motivate sales executives for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and marketing activities.
- Work with the finance team to facilitate customer financing and payment solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales & marketing, preferably in the automotive/used car industry.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM, and MS Office.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Monthly/annual sales revenue and target achievement.
- Lead conversion ratio.
- Customer satisfaction and repeat business rate.
- Marketing campaign ROI and showroom traffic growth.
- Team performance and turnover rate.
