Position: Sales & Marketing (Managerial Position)
Location: SITE AREA, Karachi
Experience: Minimum 4-6 Years of relevant experience of manufacturing sector exclusively in leather industry
Education: Bachelor’s /Master’s Degree in Marketing or related field

Main Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies for local and international markets

2. Manage and expand relationships with key local and export clients

3. Lead pricing support, negotiations, and business development initiatives

4. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements

5. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management

6. Guide and support sales and merchandising teams to achieve targets

7. Coordinate closely with production, QA, and logistics for smooth order fulfillment

Requirements:

·1. Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

2. Minimum 4–6 years of progressive experience in sales & marketing

(Preferably in leather industries)

3. Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills

4. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

5. Proven ability to manage sales targets, planning, Business development and team coordination

6. Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

7. Ability to coordinate with production, merchandising, procurement, and logistics teams
