Sales & Marketing - Outdoor Sales

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive (Outdoor Sales) to join our team. You will be responsible for promoting our third-party inspection services and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) training programs directly to clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in sectors such as construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, and facilities management.
• Promote and sell our third-party inspection services (e.g., equipment inspections, system certifications) and HSE training programs (e.g., Basic fire safety, first aid).
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and on-site visits to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with internal technical and training teams to ensure service accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in inspection, certification, or safety training services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client trust.
• Target-driven and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license , and must own a car
• Good knowledge of the local market and safety industry standards is an advantage.
