Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate fluently in Japanese & English with international clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for the Japanese market.
• Generate leads, pitch services, and close deals.
• Maintain long-term business relationships and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management on Japan-focused growth plans.

Requirements:

✔ Proficiency in Japanese & English (spoken and written)
✔ Prior experience in sales/marketing or international trade preferred
✔ Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills
✔ Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
✔ Self-motivated with a growth mindset
