Sales & Marketing specialist / Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive sales growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity and analytical skills, enabling them to develop effective marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including SEO, social media, email marketing, and PPC advertising.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee content marketing efforts, ensuring high-quality copywriting that engages customers and enhances brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective advertising sales strategies that drive revenue growth. You will also be responsible for conducting thorough marketing research on competitors' products and services.
  • Manage budgets for marketing campaigns while ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing marketing materials for both digital and print advertising.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor performance metrics across all channels to assess effectiveness and adjust tactics as necessary.
  • Ensuring the company meets the sales targets.
  • Writing monthly reports on the performance of the campaigns.

Qualifications / Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing management with a focus on digital channels.
  • Experience with Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and performance marketing techniques.
  • Excellent research skills to stay ahead of industry trends and consumer behavior.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives that drive engagement.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in budgeting for marketing initiatives.
