Join Our Team as a Field Sales and Marketing Professional – Specializing in Exhibitions & Events Management

We are a leading advertising and event solutions company seeking experienced and driven individuals to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies — with a focus on event activations, exhibitions, brand experiences, and corporate engagements — helping our clients reach their goals and audiences effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement tailored sales and marketing strategies for advertising, events, and exhibitions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate and government sectors
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover trends and opportunities
• Create and deliver impactful presentations and proposals for potential clients
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, operations) to deliver outstanding event and exhibition experiences
• Negotiate and close deals, while handling objections and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collect client feedback and support continuous improvement in service delivery
• Prepare detailed and timely sales reports and forecasts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in event management, exhibitions, or advertising
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Solid understanding of the event and exhibition industry in the UAE and GCC region
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Creative thinker with excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
• UAE Valid Driving License
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
