Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and technical Medium Voltage (MV) Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive market demand and increase sales revenue for our MV switchgear, transformers, and distribution solutions. This hybrid role bridges technical expertise with commercial strategy, targeting EPCs, utilities, and industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Target Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in O&G, utility, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including Consultants, EPCs (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction companies), and electrical contractors.
  • Technical Sales: Proactively generate demand for MV solutions through direct technical calls, presentations, and consultations.
  • Tendering & Bidding: Coordinate with proposal teams to prepare, submit, and negotiate complex technical and commercial offers, ensuring profitability.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitive offerings, and pricing strategies in the MV segment.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and deploy launch plans for new MV products, including training for internal sales teams and distributors.
  • Event Management: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and seminars to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar technical field.
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in sales, business development, or product marketing within the electrical switchgear industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proven knowledge of MV switchgear, protection systems, and distribution automation.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation skills and experience working with EPCs and end-users.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and CRM management skills.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel frequently for customer site visits and account support.
