We are a premier Building Maintenance and Decor firm in the UAE, known for blending design excellence with seamless project delivery. We are expanding our focus from high-end kitchens and bathrooms into large-scale steel structures and full interior fit-outs.

We are looking for a high-energy, multi-talented Marketing & Sales Specialist who wants to own the entire business cycle. This is a "full-circle" role where you find the lead, design the vision, and close the deal.

The Opportunity: Salary + Performance Bonuses

Your financial growth is tied directly to your hustle. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will receive annual bonuses based on:

• Project Acquisition: New contracts signed and initiated.
• Revenue Collection: Successfully closing the financial loop on projects you bring in.

Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing & Content Creation

• Ad Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads to keep the inquiry pipeline full.
• Graphic Design: Create engaging social media posts and marketing materials to showcase our latest projects.
• Media Production (Bonus): Use your eye for detail to take high-quality photos and videos of our completed sites for marketing use.
• AI Integration (Bonus): Leverage AI tools to speed up content creation, copywriting, or lead automation.

2. Sales & Lead Qualification

• Lead Confirmation: Act as the first point of contact to "vet" inquiries, ensuring they match our service profile and budget before proceeding.
• The "Closer" Mentality: Consult with clients, pitch our design solutions, and negotiate contracts to hit monthly targets.
• Business Development: Proactively search for new job inquiries and tenders within the UAE market.

3. Design & Technical Support (Big Bonus)

• Visualization: Ability to create 3D renders and AutoCAD drawings for kitchens, bathrooms, and interior layouts.
• On-Site Accuracy: Conduct site visits for precise measurements to ensure design feasibility.

4. Execution & Financial Accountability

• Payment Collection: Take full ownership of the billing cycle—following up on down payments, milestones, and final settlements.
• Reporting: Maintain meticulous logs tracking lead conversion rates and payment statuses.

Requirements

• UAE Experience: 2–3 years in the UAE Construction/Decor industry in a marketing or sales-driven role.
• Marketing Savvy: Proven track record in managing Google/Facebook Ads and social media management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Graphic Design tools. Expertise in AutoCAD and 3D modeling is a major advantage.
• The "Hunter" Instinct: A disciplined approach to following up on leads and a drive to close outstanding payments.
• Communication: Fluent in English; Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Mobility: A valid UAE Driving License is essential.

Working Hours & Benefits

• Hours: 9 hours per day, 6 days per week.
• Compensation: Base Salary + Performance Bonuses (Tied to acquisition and collection).
