Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled visits to assigned retail stores to merchandise frozen food products, including frozen meals, vegetables, seafood, and desserts.
- Ensure products are properly stocked, rotated, and displayed according to brand and food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, report stockouts, manage replenishments, and check product expiry dates.
- Set up promotional displays and execute in-store marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail teams.
- Collect store-level insights and provide actionable feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, merchandising standards, and frozen product handling protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or FMCG field sales, preferably in frozen food.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple store visits efficiently.
- Knowledge of frozen food handling and storage standards is a plus.
- Valid Qatar driver’s license.
