We are seeking a dynamic Sales Merchandiser to join our team in Saudi Arabia, covering the Makkah, Madinah, and Taif locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and driving business growth by building and maintaining long-term relationships with strategically important customers.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives
- Analyze sales figures, customers' reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock
- Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and timescales.
- Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately
- Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory
- Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets
- Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear-outs, etc.
- Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Remain up to date with industry’s best practices
Key Requirements:-
- 2 - 5 years proven working experience in merchandising with Saudi driving licence
- Ensures that work is completed within lead time
- Manages order placement against volumes
- Manage price effectiveness – fix correct pricing of the product
- Manage delivery and payment schedules
- Up-to date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices
- Commercial acumen and the ability to decode customers
- Strong presentation, listening and decision-making skills
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
