Diet Delights is Qatar’s leading therapeutic meal-prep and nutrition brand, transforming lives through science-based nutrition and personalized meal programs. We’re expanding our customer success and sales team with a passionate professional who combines the empathy of a dietitian with the mindset of a results-driven closer.

Role Overview

We’re not looking for someone who “punches in and out.”
We’re looking for someone who gets things done.
A goal-oriented individual who can sell, consult, and connect — someone who takes pride in hitting daily sales targets and ensuring every client feels supported, understood, and inspired to continue their health journey with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert leads into paying clients through proactive follow-ups, consultations, and persuasive communication.
  • Conduct basic nutritional consultations to recommend suitable meal plans based on client needs and metabolic profiles.
  • Manage client feedback and complaints with ownership — resolve permanently, not postpone.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of all Diet Delights meal plans and therapeutic solutions (weight loss, diabetic reversal, PCOS, muscle gain, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to design new promotions, campaigns, and retention offers.
  • Track, report, and achieve daily and monthly sales targets consistently.
  • Identify new market niches and partnerships to grow brand visibility and subscriptions.
  • Use digital tools (Google Workspace, CRMs, WhatsApp campaigns, social platforms) to streamline workflows and client communication.

Who You Are

  • Bilingual (English & Arabic) with exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy — comfortable using CRMs, Google tools, WhatsApp Business, and automation platforms.
  • Nutrition or dietetics background — BSc in Nutrition, Dietetics, or equivalent preferred.
  • Charismatic communicator — knows how to listen, connect emotionally, and close sales.
  • Self-motivated and performance-driven — thrives on challenges, not supervision.
  • Problem solver — owns the issue, finds solutions fast, and leaves clients delighted.
  • Understands metabolic and chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, PCOS, obesity) and can answer client queries intelligently.
  • Collaborative mindset — works with marketing, operations, and management to drive brand growth.
  • Bonus: Knowledge in functional nutrition or therapeutic programs (added advantage).
