Sales Office Administrator

Sales Administrator (Real Estate Development) – Dubai, UAE

Well Concept Real Estate Development LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator with a strong background in the UAE real estate development sector. This position is key to supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth documentation and process management.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process sales offers, reservation forms, SPAs (Sales & Purchase Agreements) and other real estate documentation

Coordinate with sales managers, brokers, and clients to ensure timely and accurate paperwork flow

Manage and update CRM records (Bitrix24 experience is a plus)

Track payments, liaise with the finance department, and ensure compliance with DLD requirements and internal policies

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official correspondence

Provide full administrative support to the sales team on a daily basis

Requirements:

Mandatory experience in the UAE real estate development sector (not brokerage only)

Knowledge of sales documentation processes (sales offers, SPAs, NOCs, DLD procedures)

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Fluency in English (Arabic/Russian/Ukrainian is an advantage)

Strong computer skills: MS Office, CRM systems (Bitrix24 preferred)

Ability to multitask and work under strict deadlines
