Sales Officer

Position Overview
We are looking for a driven Sales Officer with around 1 year of hands-on experience in B2B digital sales. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities while managing the entire sales cycle. This role requires strong communication skills across meetings, emails, and calls, along with the ability to build lasting client relationships and consistently meet revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Generate, qualify, and close sales opportunities within the B2B digital sales sector.
  • Engage with clients through meetings, calls, and email correspondence to develop business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain long-term client relationships through effective account management.
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Prepare regular sales activity reports and share market insights with management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Approximately 1 year of experience in B2B digital or IT sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills across multiple channels.
  • Strong background in client acquisition, relationship management, and deal closing.
  • Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
