Sales Officer

Lahore, Pakistan

We are looking for an experienced Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of proven experience in sales, with strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Convert leads into sales by understanding customer requirements and presenting solutions.
  • Maintain a strong follow-up system to nurture potential customers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback in CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of proven sales experience .
  • Strong ability to deal with queries and provide timely solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.
