Job Title: Sales Officer – Mainland & Free Zone Business Setup

Location: Dubai, UAE

Reports To: Sales Manager / General Manager

Job Summary:

The Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling company formation, licensing, and related services for both Mainland and Free Zone jurisdictions across the UAE. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their business requirements, and offering the most suitable solutions for company setup, visa processing, and compliance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for Mainland and Free Zone company formations.
  • Advise clients on suitable jurisdictions, business activities, license types, and structures.
  • Handle end-to-end sales processes including lead generation, consultation, quotation, and deal closure.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Free Zone authorities and DED (Department of Economic Development) for updates on regulations and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (PRO, Admin, Accounts) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Keep updated on changes in UAE business laws, visa rules, and licensing requirements.
  • Prepare and present proposals, service quotations, and contracts to clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business forums to promote the company’s services.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in business setup, company formation, or related sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of Mainland (DED) and Free Zone authorities (DMCC, IFZA, RAKEZ, SHAMS, Meydan, SPC, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently or within a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
