Sales Officer

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to promote and sell our range of construction chemicals, paints, and waterproofing solutions. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in construction or building materials.

• Promote and sell construction chemicals, paints, and waterproofing products to contractors, applicators, builders, and distributors.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key decision-makers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and site visits to support clients and ensure proper application.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
• Coordinate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and customer interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Science/Engineering background preferred but not mandatory).

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales – preferably in construction chemicals, paints, waterproofing, or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Knowledge of local market and customer base is a plus.
• Driving License is a must

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
