Sales Officer

Designation : Sales Officer

Qualification : Graduate

Experience: 2-5 Years experience preferably in GCC

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, wholesalers, and retailers to expand market presence.
• Achieve monthly cement sales targets through effective order processing, delivery coordination, and customer relationship management.
• Oversee weighbridge activities to ensure accurate loading, dispatch, and documentation of cement bag deliveries.
• Provide strong after-sales support, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints and service issues.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to maintain relationships and ensure business continuity.
• Perform market research by monitoring market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
