Sales Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Officer with at least 3 years of experience in the logistics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills and fluency in both Arabic and English to effectively engage with a diverse client base.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Valid driving license is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, and logistics services
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Negotiate pricing and service agreements in line with company policies
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential customers
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
  • Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking activities
